New builds
New Construction Wiring in Snoqualmie
On a new build the electrical is judged on whether it holds up the schedule. Ours does not.
The whole scope, one crew
A ground-up build gives you something a remodel never does: the chance to put the electrical exactly where it should be, before anything constrains it. Switches where the room will actually want them, lighting planned with the ceiling rather than after it, circuits sized for the equipment the house is really getting. We take the whole scope — temporary power, service entrance, rough-in, inspections, trim — so there is one figure, one crew and one set of dates for your builder to work to.
What is included
Temporary power and the service entrance
Power on site when the trades need it, and the permanent service established with the utility.
A full rough-in
Every circuit run, boxes set, and the lighting layout walked with you before anything is covered.
Inspection management
Rough and final inspections filed and attended, timed so the build is not waiting on us.
Final trim and handover
Devices, plates and fixtures at the end, everything tested, panel labelled, paperwork handed over.
Where we fit in
Plans at permit stage
The best moment to involve us. Lighting and circuit decisions made now cost nothing to change.
Framing complete
Rough-in slots in here. We need the window between framing and insulation and we hold the dates we give.
Several trades on site
We work to the construction schedule and tell your builder directly when something moves.
An owner-built project
We are used to owners managing their own build, and we flag the decisions you need to make early.
How the work runs
Price the plans
A full scope and a fixed figure from the drawings rather than a per-point estimate.
Temporary and service
Site power early, permanent service coordinated with the utility.
Rough-in and inspect
Run, walked with you, inspected before close-up.
Trim and hand over
Fixtures and devices at the end, tested, labelled, documented.
Questions about this work
Do you work with our general contractor?
Yes, and most new-build work comes that way. Your builder gets dates and a direct number rather than a dispatcher.
Can we change the lighting layout after rough-in?
Small changes sometimes. Anything structural is far cheaper before rough-in, which is why we walk the plan with you first — it prevents most change orders.
Do you handle the utility side?
We coordinate it. The utility has its own process and timelines, and knowing where you sit in that queue is half the battle on a new build.
